Readjoo is the booking platform; the space itself is provided by the property owner. The full amount in Indian Rupees is shown before you pay, and no charge is made without your confirmation.
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets, processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner. Readjoo never stores your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
Yes, subject to timing. Cancellations made before the booking start date are refunded in full or in part depending on how close you are to the start date, and approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Library seats normally have none. Hostels and PGs may charge a refundable security deposit, which is always displayed on the listing before checkout and is governed by the property's own terms.
Raise a support ticket from the app or write to support@readjoo.com within 24 hours of check-in. We investigate with the owner and, where the complaint is upheld, arrange a move or a refund under our refund policy.
Readjoo is an India-only service. Bookings, prices and payouts are all in Indian Rupees (INR).
