A quiet seat should not be this hard to find
Readjoo started with a simple observation: in every Indian city with coaching centres and colleges, students spend days calling libraries and walking into PGs, only to learn the seat is gone or the photos were from another building.
What we built
Readjoo is a booking platform for the two things a student needs most: a reliable place to study, and a decent place to sleep near it. We put both in one app, with real photos, honest prices in rupees, and a live seat map so you can pick seat A-14 by the window instead of hoping for the best.
Every property on Readjoo is visited by one of our field agents. They photograph the actual rooms, record the amenities, map the seats, and complete the owner's identity verification before the listing goes live. If it is on Readjoo, someone from Readjoo has stood in it.
We make money in one way only: a 15% commission from the property owner on confirmed bookings. Students pay the listed price and nothing more.
Three rules we do not bend

Photographs are taken by our agents at the property. No stock images, no renders, no borrowed pictures from another building.
One honest price
The rupee amount on the listing is what you pay. Deposits and extras are declared up front, never discovered at the door.
Both sides matter
Students get a fair booking and a refund path. Owners get filled seats, clean records and predictable payouts.
